I had a fantastic stay at Helton . Everything was even better than expected! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The service was top-notch, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Beautiful property with stunning sea views, elegant rooms, and excellent amenities. Altin from Guest Relations made our honeymoon extra special with his thoughtful care and warm hospitality. The service is organized in perfect way. Every department work is synchronized in the best possible way. The staff is very friendly and professional. This is my first experience where i see such a cleaned facility starting from the room and other common spaces. The kitchen is excellent, probably one of the best I have experienced in my other stays in Türkiye. I'd recommend others to stay at Hilton in Bakirkoy where you meet the real Turkish hospitality!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Bakirkoy! Our corner room was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset. A special thank you to the amazing team—RUYA, YASİN, HAKAN, BARIS, BATUHAN, SULTAN, SERGEN, and MURAT. You all went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Your kindness, quick responses, and excellent service truly made a difference. The hotel itself is fantastic, with friendly staff, delicious food, breathtaking views, a cozy lounge, and a vibrant, convenient area to explore nearby. Rich breakfast, can be taken indoor or outdoor. 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), the water could be a little warmer. A fitness room. Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good isolation between rooms. The internet connection in the room was quite fast. A large window offered a panoramic view. According to the Hilton comfort level, the window could more effectively isolate the outside noise. A highway passed in front of the hotel...Behind it was a fairly busy street Istanbul also has a fast, safe, very extensive and not too expensive public transport system

Our stay at Hilton Bakirkoy was truly exceptional! The hotel offers elegance, comfort, and top-tier service—but what really made our experience outstanding was the staff, especially Rüya. Rüya was incredibly helpful, professional, and always available for anything we needed. Her kindness, warm communication, and willingness to assist at any moment made us feel completely at home. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and stylishly furnished, with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the hotel’s location is perfect—peaceful, yet with easy access to the heart of Istanbul. I wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Bakirkoy and look forward to coming back again!

The accommodation in the hotel was A+, and all of that because of Hande and Ruya, these are the persons you would want to contact for your stay at the hotel, they made my stay amazing and felt like a dream, they are top tier persons by which you will have no problems and worries when checking in and all throughout the holiday, they are experts in their domain, know a lot of foreign languages, have a great sense of humor and they are so serious when it comes to solve every problem you have (that is if you have one but that won’t be likely , given that they make sure ahead you won’t have a single problem for the time of your stay)! Thanks again to these 2 amazing people and I will come back every time in Istanbul at this hotel and only this one because of them! The rest of the hotel is very nice! You have top tier spa facility as well as the luxury rooms and the top tier services! Believe me when I tell you, you won’t go wrong by staying here!
